Every day I’m asked the question, “How do you do it?” In one way or another, people want to know how I manage to be a wife, a mother of 7, have a full-time job, go to nursing school, and still manage to plan healthy meals and exercise enough. The truth is, I see it in reverse. I wouldn’t be able to manage any of my life if I didn’t feel my absolute best.
